Tornex Power operates the Tornex EMS app for its employees. A username is issued by the company. This policy was published on 28 September 2026.

What we collect

Account details an administrator enters: name, employee ID, company email, phone, department, and job title. Attendance records: the site or project name, the time, and the GPS location at the moment you clock in or clock out. Project reports: the site name, the photos you choose to upload, the time, and the GPS location at submit. Leave dates and the reason you write. Messages between you and the admin desk. Holiday dates and product catalogue PDFs published by the company.

Location

The app reads your location only when you clock in, clock out, or submit a project report. It does not track the phone in the background, and it does not read location while you are only looking at the app.

Who can see it

You can see your own records. Tornex Power administrators can see them in the admin panel. We do not sell this information.

How long we keep it

Records stay on the company server until an administrator removes them or a later retention rule is published here.

Correction or deletion

Ask your administrator to correct your profile or to delete your account. You can also email privacy@tornexpower.com.
